This day-long event will include the chance to explore exhibits, lunch, and a guided tour. Participants will also receive a certificate of completion, a resource bag to take home and a one year subscription to the Digital Classroom.

This workshop is being offered to D.C. Metro public school teachers, but the Newseum has extended an invitation to DCLA members to fill leftover spaces. So, seats are limited and are filled on a first come - first served basis. This is a DCLA members exclusive!

Once you register with DCLA, we will email you specific instructions, details and the Newseum link with the application for this workshop.

If you would like to attend the Saturday, January 18, 2014 workshop please register with DCLA by Wednesday, January 1, 2014.

If you would like to attend the Saturday, February 1, 2014, workshop please register with DCLA by Wednesday, January 15, 2014.

So, Join DCLA (http://www.dcla.org/members) and the Newseum in making news!
