Individual Membership Application
- DCLA Memberships last one year from the date of activation. Accounts are activated upon receipt of payment.
- If you are a current member who is renewing, please do not use the membership form. Instead, log in to the website and click 'View Profile' to renew.
- Membership fees may be paid online through the DCLA Online Payment System or by check to the address at the bottom of the screen. Payment made by check may require up to one month for processing.
- Only active members can apply for the Lifetime Membership Level (use this link to login)
- Support DCLA by contributing a Gift Membership or Donating.
