Moderators:

Richard Huffine, Librarian, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

Cindy Calhoun, Library of Congress Federal Credit Union

As librarians, we help our patrons every day with a variety of topics. But how comfortable are you when a patron asks for information they need to manage their money, make an important financial decision, or just become more informed about financial questions? This round table forum will introduce a variety of topics and encourage you to talk about your comfort level with the topic and what we can do as a community to become more informed and mare comfortable talking about money.

The Library of Congress Federal Credit Union is a strategic partner with DCLA and all members of the Association have access to do business with the LCFCU. They also work with people every day to help them get informed and make better decisions.

If there is interest, this may be the first in a series of conversations about money so come, get engaged and learn something about money that maybe you can use in your own life!

In partnership with the Library of Congress Federal Credit Union
