The Penn Quarter Arts on Foot Festival is a visual and performing arts festival featuring Washington, DC theaters, museums, and arts at a variety of venues in the Penn Quarter neighborhood of Washington, DC. The festival becomes an art walking tour with area restaurants, theaters, galleries, museums, and more than 90 visual artists participating and dozens of Downtown attractions hosting visual art exhibits, performances, workshops, demonstrations, films, concerts and children's activities.
Where: The outdoor festival is held on F St. between 6th and 9th Sts. and on 8th St. NW, between E & F Sts. The Neighborhood Showcase extends from 14th to 3rd Sts. NW and from Pennsylvania Ave. NW to New York Avenue and Mt. Vernon Square.
